When you click Manufacturer Management in the Products main menu, the list view opens here as well, showing the manufacturers that have already been created.

As in every list view, the column headers can also be moved, their width can be adjusted, and the list can be sorted and filtered.

At the end of each list, function buttons are shown on the left for downloading the list, resetting the list view to the default, and AI functions. In the middle, the currently loaded pages are shown. The default setting is 2 pages. If there is more content in the list, you can continue searching using the arrow to the right.

At the bottom right, at the end of the list, the Create button is displayed.

When you click Create or select a manufacturer that is shown, the manufacturer detail view / maintenance screen opens. (Empty when creating a new entry.)

The only required field here is the manufacturer name (brand). It is then shown directly in the item master data after assigning it to the item, and it is also transmitted to connected webshops and marketplaces.

All other fields should also be completed. They are required if webshops or marketplaces request GDPR information and this information cannot be stored there.

Deleting manufacturers that have been created is currently not possible in the NEKOM app. If it becomes necessary to delete an entry, please request this deletion via the NEKOM Service Portal.

Note: Manufacturer management is only strictly necessary if there is no other way to display the required manufacturer information according to GDPR in your webshop or on marketplaces. Please also note that some shop systems expect at least the manufacturer name when transmitting item master data.
