The Export Attributes functionality within the Import/Export Menu allows users to export item attributes from the system. When users click on the "Export attributes" button, a popup window appears to guide them through the export process.

• A popup window will appear, titled Export attributes.
• This popup contains a dropdown menu and an export button.

Selecting Attributes to Export:

• Dropdown Menu: The dropdown menu allows users to select the type of attributes they wish to export.
• Users may have additional options in the dropdown menu depending on the specific attributes available for export.

Export Button: After selecting the desired attribute type from the dropdown menu, click the pink "Export" button at the bottom of the popup.

The system will generate a file containing the selected attributes.

Once the export process is complete, the system will provide a download link.

The system will suggest a filename, which includes a timestamp

Choose the location on your computer where you want to save the file

The exported file format will typically be in a CSV format.

After the file has been successfully downloaded, a notification will appear at the bottom of the screen, indicating "Attributes downloaded successfully.”
