The Export Item Texts functionality within the Import/Export Menu allows users to export product texts from the system.

When click on the "Export Item texts" button, a popup window appears to guide through the export process.

Export Item Texts Function:

• A popup window will appear, titled Export Item texts.
• The popup provides a brief instruction: "Click on Export Button to export product text per channel.”
• Popup contains an export button.
• Click on the "Export" button at the bottom of the popup to initiate the export process.
• The system will generate a file containing the product texts.

Once the export process is complete, the system will display the filename with a download link.

Filename: The exported file will have a name such as "ITEMTEXT_EXPORT_20240701_090821.xlsx" indicating the export type and download button .

Click the button (downward arrow icon) to download the file to your computer.

• Download window appears to confirm the save location and filename.
• User clicks "Save" to download the file.

The file format is typically in Excel file and will include columns such as: Item number
