By clicking on a ticket in the respective overview, the edit window opens. In the title, the ticket number and the customer's email address are displayed. Below that, the assigned category is shown, and with the customer icon, the customer's record can be directly accessed.
Below this, the customer's inquiry is displayed, and beneath that is the processing area.
For a direct email response to the customer, enter your message and click the arrow in the same field. This will send the message directly to the customer.
