With the + symbol to the left of the message field, a range of special functions can be accessed. This section describes the "Upload and Attachments" feature.
If a customer should receive an email attachment (e.g., a screenshot or an invoice) with your email response, the desired attachment must first be uploaded to the ticket.
Once the upload is complete, the file can then be added as an attachment to the email.
Click the + symbol and select "Files." Choose the desired attachment with a long mouse click. The selected attachment will then be displayed in the message text with square brackets.
By clicking on the > right button the system will open on the app view the pdf./doc that you uploaded
By clicking the send button, the email, including the attachment, will be sent to the customer.
