New incoming tickets are automatically assigned to a category based on the settings in the CRM. If a different categorization is needed later, you can select "Add Category" by clicking the + symbol at the bottom left.
When "Add Category" is clicked, the category selection appears, displaying the main categories.
Subcategories, if available, are displayed with the downward arrow symbol. Once subcategories are expanded, the downward arrow changes to an upward arrow.
Select and click the desired category to apply it directly to the ticket; no additional saving of the ticket is necessary.
