In ticket processing, a date can be set using the + symbol and selecting "due by." These date entries are displayed directly in the ticket overview (ticket search) and can also be filtered through the filter settings.

In the screenshot, the filter was set to "Due Yesterday," showing Ticket No. 7 with a due date of 02.05.2023.
