The order management starts when you open it with the New tab active and searches directly for existing new orders. The currently active tab is highlighted in color in this case yellow.

If tabs are clicked after opening that do not contain a single order, the list of orders will be emptied, but the empty tab will not be activated.

If more than 25 orders are shown in a tab, The scroll function can be used at the end of the page. To avoid long loading times, orders are read in increments of 50.

Once the end of the respective list has been reached, the right arrow for browsing can no longer be clicked.

Using the search function above the respective tabs, orders found are displayed regardless of the current tab selection, along with the current order status. The search results generally include this information as well. You can search by order number, external order number, invoice number, and customer name.

Using the filter symbol in the search bar on the far right, search results can be filtered separately if they are too extensive. The filters that can be used depend on the content of the search list.

The respective search results are initially displayed sorted in descending order by customer name. This sorting can also be used for other columns at any time by clicking on the respective column header. Clicking on the same column switches between descending and ascending.

If a red email icon is shown in the status column, there is currently an unresolved customer inquiry for this customer in the CRM ticket module.

By clicking on the order, you will be taken to the detailed view of it.
