This import function can be used by tenants who already have a publicly accessible online image collection of their products.

In the import popup, an import template (Excel, .xlsx) can be loaded. The template contains three columns and expects the item number and/or the item’s barcode in these columns, plus the publicly accessible image link. (Example)

If the tenant uses the NEKOM / Cloudinary image archive modules, the toggle for Cloudinary export should be enabled.

When the import is started:

• Without the Cloudinary module, the corresponding image links are saved directly on the item.
• With the Cloudinary module enabled, the images are exported to Cloudinary, stored there, and the Cloudinary image links are saved on the item.

The image links that are then available can subsequently be transferred to connected shops or marketplaces. (Export item data to shops or marketplaces)
